About Us

The St Andrews Bed & Breakfast Association ( Trading as St Andrews Best B&Bs) is a nonprofit, member-driven trade association dedicated to promoting the B&B industry in St Andrews. Our mission is to provide first class, quality accommodation in a warm, friendly and consistent environment for visitors to the St Andrews area.

The associations primary role is to:

  • Provide mutual help and support
  • Engage in collective marketing
  • Provide a forum for ideas and grievances
  • Support tourist and St Andrews town initiatives
  • Engage in social activities and fellowship
  • Promote Tourism
  • Promote local produce and be greener while reducing our carbon

All establishments are required

  • To be quality graded by Visit Scotland
  • To have a KY16 postcode
  • To take no more than six paying quests
  • To sign up and adhere to the Association’s Code of Conduct.
